In occasione del decennale del Diploma delle Abbazie Italiane abbiamo istituito uno speciale Diploma, l'X-DAI Award. Esso è per molti versi simile al DAI-day che si svolge a ottobre, ma riveste carattere di eccezionalità: proprio in quanto celebrativo del decennale non sarà ripetuto ogni anno come il DAI-day, ma potrebbe tornare in altre occasioni, ad esempio il quindicesimo anniversario o il ventesimo. X-DAI Award

  1. In occasione del decimo anniversario del Diploma delle Abbazie Italiane, è  istituito il “X-DAI Award”, manifestazione radiantistica che si svolgerà il 30/04/2017 e 01/05/2017. In questi due giorni gli Attivatori DAI saranno attivi da referenze DAI in tutte le 20 Regioni italiane.
  2. Scopo:

Hunters: dovranno collegare le Regioni italiane mediante contatti con Attivatori DAI, stazioni fisse o portatili, nelle varie Regioni,  ogni stazione potrà essere collegata una sola volta per ogni banda dalla medesima referenza DAI ovvero più volte per banda ma da diversa referenza.

Attivatori:  dovranno collegare le Regioni italiane mediante contati con Hunter DAI o altri Attivatori DAI, ogni stazione può essere collegata una sola volta per banda e per modo da ogni referenza attivata. Fanno eccezione i contatti con altri attivatori DAI da diversa referenza. Esempio: IU1ZZZ/P operando da LG0001 contatta IU7XXX da PL0001 in 20 m SSB. Può collegare di nuovo IU7XXX in 20 m SSB se uno dei due o tutti e due cambiano referenza.

  1. Bande utilizzabili: 80m, 40m, 20m, 15m, 10m, senza vincoli
  2. Modi: SSB, CW, RTTY, PSK, senza vincoli.
  3. Rapporti:

Attivatori: RS(T) + referenza DAI (Esempio: 59LG0001)

Hunter: RS(T) + Sigla Regionale DAI (Esempio 59EM). Le stazioni non-I passeranno solo RS(T).

  1. Le sigle regionali DAI sono le seguenti: AE = Valle d’Aosta, PM = Piemonte, LG = Liguria, LB = Lombardia, VN = Veneto, TT = Trentino, BB = Alto Adige / Südtirol, FL = Friuli Venezia Giulia, TC = Toscana, EM = Emilia Romagna, MH = Marche, AZ = Abruzzo, PL = Puglia, BC = Basilicata, CP = Campania, KL = Calabria, ML = Molise, SC = Sicilia, SD = Sardegna, LZ = Lazio, UM = Umbria.
  2. I rapporti possono essere registrati integralmente nel campo RS(T) oppure il campo RS(T) può contenere il solo rapporto numerico e la Referenza o la sigla della Regione possono essere scritti nel campo comment.
  3. Attivatori e Hunter dovranno usare esclusivamente il proprio Callsign. Call di sezione o club sono ammessi solo nel caso che l’Attivatore o l’Hunter rappresenti la sua Sezione o Gruppo e non utilizzi altri Callsign. Gli Attivatori dovranno attenersi al Regolamento DAI, in particolare per il numero di QSO (100 se trattasi di referenza mai attivata, 80 per referenze già attivate – nelle attività per il X-DAI Award non si applica la regola dei 50 QSO in caso di attività che coinvolga più operatori dalla stessa referenza nello stesso giorno.
  4. Gli Attivatori dovranno fornire prova fotografica di essere sul posto: per ogni referenza attivata si deve inviare una foto con postazione radio e referenza entrambi visibili, se questo non fosse possibile occorre inviare uno screenshot da Google Maps o Google Earth con indicato la referenza e la postazione radio, e la misura della distanza fra i due punti, che non deve eccedere i 500 m. in linea d’aria, come da Regolamento DAI. Per il X-DAI Award non vi saranno deroghe alla distanza massima tra attivatore e referenza.
  5. Non esistono limiti di orario, ma le referenze attivate, come da Regolamento non potranno essere superiori alle 3 giornaliere, quindi massimo 6 referenze nei due giorni di attività X-DAI.
  6. Nel caso che una delle referenze attivate non venga completata, l’attivatore dovrà terminarla in altra data entro i termini stabiliti dal regolamento D.A.I., Si sconsiglia comunque agli attivatori in portatile di non iniziare l’ultima attività se non sono più che certi di poter raggiungere il numero minimo di QSO per la convalida nei due giorni di durata della manifestazione.
  7. Attivatori e Hunter dovranno utilizzare potenze compatibili con quanto disposto dalla normativa vigente.
  8. Punteggi:

Hunter: ogni QSO con un Attivatore vale 1 punto, ogni referenza DAI collegata (contata una sola volta indipendentemente da bande e modi) vale 1 moltiplicatore, ogni Regione collegata (contata una sola volta, indipendentemente da bande e modi) vale 1 moltiplicatore.

Score: Tot Punti x Tot. Referenze collegate x Tot. Regioni collegate

Attivatori: ogni QSO con un Hunter o con un altro Attivatore vale 1 punto, ogni Regione collegata vale 1 moltiplicatore (contata  una sola volta, indipendentemente da bande e modi), ogni propria referenza attivata vale 1 moltiplicatore (max 6 nei due giorni). Le referenze DAI collegate mediante QSO con altri attivatori rientrano nel moltiplicatore regionale, varranno per incrementare il proprio score nella classifica DAI-Expeditioner ma non per l’X-DAI Award.

Score: Tot Punti x Tot. Regioni collegate x Tot. Referenze attivate nei due giorni.

  1. Verranno stilate due classifiche separate: una per gli Attivatori e una per gli Hunter. I primi classificati nelle due classifiche riceveranno il Diploma X-DAI nelle seguenti varianti:

1° classificati: Diploma Diamante (colore bianco)

2° classificati: Diploma Zaffiro (colore blu)

3° classificati: Diploma Smeraldo (colore verde)

4° classificati: Diploma Topazio (colore ambra)

5° classificati: Diploma Rubino (colore rosso)

6° classificati: Diploma Platino (colore viola)

7° classificati: Diploma Oro (colore giallo)

8° classificati: Diploma Argento (colore grigio)

9° classificati: Diploma Bronzo (colore grigioverde)

10° classificati: Diploma Radica (colore marrone)

  1. Tutti i partecipanti devono inviare i loro log in formato ADIF entro 30 giorni a: dai@aribusto.it denominato come segue:

Attivatori: XD_IU5WWW_TC0001.ADI (un log per ogni referenza attivata)

Hunter: XD_IU1VVV.ADI (unico log dei due giorni)

  1. Gli Attivatori dovranno inviare anche le fotografie / screenshot come previsto dal punto 9.
  2. Per ogni controversia la decisione del Manager DAI è finale e insindacabile.
  3. La partecipazione al X-DAI Award comporta l’integrale accettazione del presente Regolamento e delle decisioni dell’Award Manager.
 
 

X-DAI Award Rules

  1. To celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Italian Abbeys Award we are proud to introduce the  “X-DAI Award”, Ham Party that will be on April 30th, 2017 and May 1st, 2017. On these dates the DAI Activators will be on air from references in all 20 Italian Regions. Region Trentino-South Tyrol is splitted into two different entities: Trentino and South Tyrol.
  2. Purpose:

Hunters: they should work the Italian Regions through contacts/HRDs with DAI Activators, based or portable stations, in the different Italian Regions.  Each station can be worked once per band and mode from the same reference DAI or more times per band/mode from a different reference.

Activators:  they should work the Italian Regions through QSO with Hunters or other DAI Activators,  each station can be worked once per band and mode from each activated reference. Exception:  QSO with other DAI Activators but from a different reference. E.g: IU1ZZZ/P from  LG0001 gets IU7XXX/P from PL0001 on 20 m SSB. He can work again IU7XXX/P on 20 m SSB if one or both change the reference.

  1. Bands: 80m, 40m, 20m, 15m, 10m, with no restrictions but respecting the band plane
  2. Modes: SSB, CW, RTTY, PSK, with no restrictions.
  3. Reports:

Activators: RS(T) + DAI ref. (E.g.: 59LG0001)

Italian Hunters: RS(T) + Regional DAI two letter code (E.g.: 59EM).

Hunters outside Italy: RS(T) only.

  1. The Regional DAI two letters codes are as follows: AE = Aosta Valley, PM = Piedmont, LG = Liguria, LB = Lombardy, VN = Veneto, TT = Trentino, BB = South Tyrol, FL = Friuli Venezia Giulia, TC = Tuscany, EM = Emilia Romagna, MH = Marche, AZ = Abruzzo, PL = Apulia, BC = Basilicata, CP = Campania, KL = Calabria, ML = Molise, SC = Sicily, SD = Sardinia, LZ = Lazio, UM = Umbria.
  2. The whole reports can be recorded in the RS(T) fields or the RS(T) field can just record the report in numbers and the Reference code can be written in the Comment field.
  3. Activators and Hunters should use only their own Callsign. Club callsigns are allowed only in case the operator represents his Club. Activators should respect the DAI Award Rules. Number of QSOs to get an activation validated: 100 for first activations, 80 for re-activations.
  4. Activators should prove to be on the place: for each reference they should send a photo showing the shack and the reference or, if that won’t be possible, a screenshot from Google Maps or Google Earth showing the positions of the reference and the place where the radio shack was placed, and the measure of the distance between the two places. This distance cannot be more than 500m, without exceptions.
  5. There are no time limits but the activaed references cannot be more that three per day, in other words max 6 references in two days X-DAI activities.
  6. If the Activator cannot reach the minimum number of QSO to get an activity validated, he will have to complete the activation in another day according with D.A.I. Award Rules.
  7. Activators and Hunters should follow their laws about that concerns the max power available.
  8. Points:

Hunters: each QSO with an Activator worths 1 point, each worked DAI reference (counted once, regardless bands and modes) worths 1 multiplier, each worked Italian Region (counted once, regardless bands and modes) worths 1 multiplier.

Score: Total Points multiplied Total worked References multiplied Total worked Italian Regions.

Activators: each QSO with an Hunter or another Activator worths 1 point, each worked Italian Region worths 1 multiplier (counted once regardless bands and e modes), each activated reference worths 1 multiplier (max 6 in two days). The worked DAI references through QSO with other Activators only count as Regional multipliers but not as extra multiplier for X-DAI Award. Anyway they will increase Activator’s DAI Expeditioner Score in the DAI Rank.

Score: Total Points multiplied Total worked Italian Regions multiplied Total activated References.

  1. Standings: two separate lists will be sort out: one for the Activators and one for the Hunters. The 10 best classified of both lists will receive a special award as follows:

1° place: Diamond Award (white)

2° place: Sapphire Award (blue)

3° place: Emerald Award (green)

4° place: Topaz Award (amber)

5° place: Ruby Award (red)

6° place: Platinum Award (purple)

7° place: Gold Award (gold)

8° place: Silver Award (silver)

9° place: Bronze Award (bronze)

10° place: Wood Award (brown)

  1. All participants should send their logs in ADIF format within 30 days to: dai@aribusto.it .

Please rename the log as follows:

Activators: XD_IU5WWW_TC0001.ADI (one log per each activated reference)

Hunters: XD_IU1VVV.ADI (one log for both days)

  1. The Activators should send also the photos  / screenshot (see paragraph  9).
  2. For any dispute the decision of the DAI Manager is final and unappealable.
  3. Participation to the X-DAI Award involves the full acceptance of these rules and the decisions of the Award Manager.
