1. La Sezione A.R.I. di Busto Arsizio, in collaborazione con la Sezione A.R.I. di Mondovì (CN), che gestisce il Diploma dei Castelli d’Italia, istituisce il Diploma dei Castelli Lombardi (D.C.Lo.) che verrà rilasciato ad O.M. e S.W.L. al fine di far conoscere i Castelli, Torri, ecc. (d’ora in poi semplicemente Castelli) esistenti nel territorio regionale, valorizzandone il patrimonio storico ed architettonico.

2. Per incentivare l’attività dei Soci, la Sezione, in collaborazione con le altre Sezioni Lombarde, potrà individuare nell’arco dell’anno solare un week-end dedicato all’attivazione intensiva delle referenze del territorio regionale. In quella occasione, i Dirigenti di Sezione, tramite i propri Soci, si impegnano ad attivare almeno un Castello, utilizzando il proprio Nominativo di Sezione, o altro nominativo a discrezione di chi farà l’attivazione.

·        Stazioni Italiane: 20 Castelli della Lombardia di cui almeno uno da quattro diverse province lombarde.

·        Stazioni Straniere: 10 Castelli della Lombardia con almeno un Castello da tre diverse province lombarde.

Le sigle delle undici Province della Lombardia sono: BG – Bergamo, BS – Brescia, CO – Como, CR – Cremona,  LC – Lecco,  LO – Lodi, MB - Monza e Brianza, MI – Milano, MN – Mantova, PV – Pavia, SO – Sondrio, VA – Varese.

4. I collegamenti possono essere effettuati su tutte le bande radioamatoriali, dai 2 ai 160 metri, e in tutti i modi di emissione. Vi sono due versioni del Diploma: Hunter e Attivatore.

5. Hanno validità le qsl che si riferiscono ad attivazioni già convalidate come da lista pubblicata sul sito www.dcia.it e già accreditate dal D.C.I. Office.

6. Il Diploma D.C.Lo. è rilasciato ad ogni O.M. o S.W.L. che presenterà al D.C.Lo. Award Committee,  Cas. Post. 125 – 21052 Busto Arsizio,  e-mail: info@aribusto.it , il D.C.Lo. Application Form (scaricabile da: www.aribusto.it ) oppure inviando il Form generato dal programma DCI di IK6CAC con il quale il richiedente attesta che sono stati rispettati i regolamenti del proprio Paese e fornisce la lista dettagliata dei collegamenti in ordine di referenza, contenente i seguenti dati: Referenza del Castello, nominativo, data, ora GMT, frequenza, modo. L’invio delle QSL non è necessario. Il diploma è gratuito e viene spedito ai richiedenti come file  PDF. Nel caso il richiedente non abbia la possibilità di ricevere e/o stampare il diploma, esso potrà essere spedito dietro pagamento di 8 Euro o 10 US. $. Tale contributo è suscettibile di variazione senza preavviso. Non si accettano né IRC né altre divise. La Sezione ARI di Busto Arsizio si riserva altresì il diritto di cambiare la veste grafica del Diploma qualora lo ritenesse opportuno.

7. Le classifiche degli hunters e degli attivatori che hanno conseguito il D.C.Lo. sono pubblicate sul sito della Sezione Ari di Busto Arsizio www.aribusto.it  e aggiornate periodicamente.

8. Le referenze valide sono quelle attribuite dal Technical Award Manager D.C.I. della Sezione A.R.I. di Mondovi (Cuneo) ed  accreditate per il Diploma Castelli d’Italia.  

9. L’elenco dei Castelli della Lombardia è consultabile sul sito Internet: www.aribusto.it  o www.dcia.it

10. Ai radioamatori che avranno attivato almeno 20 Castelli della Lombardia da almeno due diverse province, se richiesto, verrà rilasciato gratuitamente il Diploma D.C.Lo. Attivatore. Ai fini del riconoscimento vale l’elenco ufficiale Attivazioni D.C.I.

11. Chiunque abbia informazioni relative a Castelli non compresi nella directory, è pregato di inviare notizia al Technical Award Manager D.C.I.;

12. Ogni hunter e/o attivatore può inviare un aggiornamento della propria posizione ogni qualvolta lo ritenga necessario.

13. L’attività ai fini del Diploma è considerata valida solo se saranno rispettati i dettami previsti dal Regolamento D.C.I. con particolare riferimento all’Art. 15 dello stesso Regolamento.

15. A partire dal 1° Ottobre 2008 sono assegnati d'ufficio e spediti come files PDF i seguenti Awards: Honor Roll Hunter dei Castelli Lombardi a chi avrà collegato/ascoltato almeno 500 castelli lombardi, e Honor Roll Attivatori dei Castelli Lombardi a chi avrà attivato almeno 100 castelli lombardi.

1. The A.R.I. Section of Busto Arsizio, in collaboration with the A.R.I. Section of Mondovì (CN), managing the D.C.I. (Italian Castles Award), institutes the Lombard Castles Award (D.C.Lo.) that will be awarded to O.M. and S.W.L. with the purpose to increase the knowledge of the Castles, Towers, and so on. (from now just Castles) existing on the territory of the Region Lombardy, to  promote our historical and achitectonical patrimony.

2. To incentivate the activity of the Members, the Section, in collaboration with other Sections of Lombardy, may choose one week-end every year dedicated to the intensive activations of the Lombard Castles. In that occasion, the Directive Staff of the Section, through its Members, will take the obligation to activate at least one Castle, using the Clubstation Callsign, or some other callsign the activator will wish to use.

·        Italian Staions: 20 Castles of Lombardy in at least 4 different lombard provinces.

·        Non-I Stations: 10 Castles of Lombardy in at least 3 different lombard provinces.

The two-letter-code of the 11 Provinces of Lombardy are: BG – Bergamo, BS – Brescia, CO – Como, CR – Cremona,  LC – Lecco,  LO – Lodi, MB - Monza and Brianza, MI – Milano, MN – Mantova, PV – Pavia, SO – Sondrio, VA – Varese.

4. The QSOs can be made on every HAM band, from 2 to 160 meters, and on every mode. there are two version of the Award: Hunter and Activator.

5. Valid QSL cards will be those already accredited to the applicant by the D.C.I. Office and related to approved DCI operations (see www.dcia.it ).

6. To get the  D.C.Lo. Award the applicant (O.M. or S.W.L.) must either fill the proper Application Form downloadable from this web site and send it to the D.C.Lo. Award Committee, via mail to P.O.Box 125 – I-21052 Busto Arsizio (VA), ITALY, or via e-mail to: info@aribusto.it , il D.C.Lo. or must send the Form generated by the official DCI software  by IK6CAC. The Applicant must declare to have respected the laws of his own Country and provide a detailed list of the QSOs in alphabetical order of reference, wit tge following data: Reference of the Castle, Callsign, Date, GMT, Frequency, Mode. The sending of the QSLs is not required. The Award is free of costs and it will be sentto the Applicant as PDF file. In case the Applicant won't be able to receive and/or print the Award by himself, it can be printed and sent via normal mail with a fee of 8 Euro or 10 US. $. The amount of the fee can be changed anytime. We do not accept either IRC or other currencies. The ARI Section of Busto Arsizio can also change the graphics of the Award if and when, in its judge, that will be opportune.

7. The standings of Hunters and Activators owners of the D.C.Lo. will be published on the web site of the ARI Section of Busto Arsizio www.aribusto.it  and periodically updated.

8. Valid references are those issued by the D.C.I. Technical Award Manager of the ARI Section of di Mondovì (Cuneo) and already accredited for the D.C.I.  

9. The list of the Castles of Lombardy is available on this Web Sites: www.aribusto.it  and www.dcia.it

10. To the Activators who activated at least 20 Castles of Lombardy from at least two different provinces, if requested, will be issued, free, The D.C.Lo. Activator Award. The official list of the D.C.I.Activations will be the proof of the activities.

11. Whoever gets info about Castles not included in the Official List, is invited to send the info to  the D.C.I. Technical Award Manager.

12. Each hunter and/or activator can send updates of his score whenever he wants.

13. The activiti for this Award will be considered valid only if the Activator respected the D.C.I. Rules, in particular that is in the Article #15 of the D.C.I. Rules.

1. Der OV Busto Arsizio der ARI gibt das Diplom der lombardischen Schlösser (Diploma dei Castelli Lombardi (D.C.Lo.))
heraus in Zusammenarbeit mit dem OV Mondovì (CN), welcher das Diplom der italienischen Schlösser (Diploma dei Castelli d'Italia) geschaffen hat.
Es kann von lizenzierten Funkamateuren und SWLs gearbeitet werden und soll Schlösser, Türme, und Burgen (hier einfach nur "Schlösser" genannt) mit dem Ziel diese bekannter zu machen und somit beizutragen zur Wertschätzung des kulturellen und architektonischen Erbes in der Region Lombardei.

2. Zur Förderung der Aktivität im OV und in anderen lombardischen OVs wird pro Jahr ein spezielles Wochenende der Schlösser vorgeschlagen. Zu diesem Anlass verpflichtet sich das Präsidium des Klubs mindestens ein Schloss zu aktivieren unter dem Rufzeichen des OV oder unter dem Rufzeichen eines Aktiven.

·        Italienische Stationen: 20 lombardische Schlösser aus mindestens 4 Provinzen.

·        Andere Stationen: 10 lombardische Schlösser aus mindestens 3 Provinzen.

Die Abkürzungen für die Provinzen der Lombardei sind: BG – Bergamo, BS – Brescia, CO – Como, CR – Cremona,  LC – Lecco,  LO – Lodi, MB - Monza und Brianza, MI – Milano, MN – Mantova, PV – Pavia, SO – Sondrio, VA – Varese.

4. Zulässige Bänder: 2m - 160m unabhängig von der Betriebsart. Es gibt zwei Diplomtypen, eines für Diplomjäger und eines für Expeditionäre.

5. Es zählen auch QSLs, die bereits für das D.C.I. anerkannt sind. Siehe Listen auf www.dcia.it

6. Das Diplom D.C.Lo. wird allen lizenzierten Stationen und SWLs erteilt, die das gültige Antragsformular einsenden an: D.C.Lo. Award Committee, Cas. Post. 125 - 21052 Busto Arsizio, e-mail: info@aribusto.it Es gelten auch Anträge, die erstellt wurden vom DCI Programm von IK6CAC. Damit bestätigt der Antragsteller sich regelgerecht verhalten zu haben und er legt die vollständige Liste der Verbindungen vor mit: Ref.-Nr. des Schlosses, Datum, Zeit (UTC), Frequenz, Betriebsart. Die QSLs müssen nicht eingesendet werden. Das Diplom ist kostenlos und wird als PDF-Datei geliefert. Wer keinen Farbdrucker zum Ausdrucken des Diploms hat entrichtet eine Gebühr von 8 Euro o 10 USD (Gebühr kann sich ändern) und bekommt das Diplom vom OV Busto Arsizio zugesandt. Die grafische Gestaltung des Diploms obliegt dem OV Busto Arsizio und kann sich ändern.

7. Ranglisten der aktivsten Diplomjäger und Expeditionäre werden veröffentlicht auf der Webseite des OV www.aribusto.it

8. Die gültigen Referenznummern sind jene, die vom technischen Diplommananger des ARI OV Mondovi (Cuneo) für das Diplom DCI (Diploma Castelli d'Italia) festgelegt und aktualisiert werden.  

9. Die gültigen Referenznummern der lombardischen Schlösser sind abzurufen bei: www.aribusto.it  oder www.dcia.it

10. Wer mindestens 20 Schlösser aus mindestens 2 Provinzen aktiviert hat bekommt auf Antrag kostenlos das Diplom D.C.Lo. als Expeditionär.

11. Wer Kenntnis hat von Schlössern, die nicht in der offiziellen Liste sind wird gebeten, diese weiterzugeben an den technischen Diplommananger des DCI.

12. Jeder Diplomjäger oder Expeditionär darf sich jederzeit an die Ausrichter wenden um seine relative Position in der offiziellen rangliste zu verbessern.

13. Für Expeditionäre sind die Vorgaben der DCI Ausschreibung zu beachten, insbesondere Art. 15.
